Your failure to appear in court, or otherwise respond to the ticket as directed may result in the suspension of your driver license, and could result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.  How much is the ticket?  See #1 for instructions on finding your ticket online. When is it due?  On or before your court date. What if my ticket doesn't appear online? Continue to check. It can take 10 or more days for the tickets to be available online and in the courts Please wait at least 10 days from the date of issuance to contact the court(s).

Non-Violation Bureau charges are not eligible for Plead and Pay

and require a court appearance.

 

Violations committed in School Zones or Construction Zones require a court appearance.

 

PLEAD NOT GUILTY: You must appear in court to plead Not Guilty.

PLEAD GUILTY:  You do NOT have to appear in court if you plead guilty and pay your ticket on or before your assigned court date using one of the following methods:

        1. Online at https://www.courts.mo.gov/ticket

              a)  Case Number:  Enter your ticket number

              b)  Click on: "Find"

              c)  Click on:  "Plead and Pay:,"  amount due will appear

              d)  Click on:  "Continue to Plead," and follow instructions 

              e)  If you have been issued more than one ticket you will need to follow the same

                    procedure for each ticket.

       2.  Mail in a money order or Cashier's check:

             a)  Determine the amount due by following steps 1a, 1b, 1c above

             b)  Mail to the above listed address

             c)  INCLUDE SIGNED TICKET in envelope with payment

       3. Ticket may be paid in person at the Court Clerk's Office at:
